•   Evaluate different equipment options based on the durability, reliability, efficiency, availability of spare parts, warranties, and cost and provide recommendations to feed into the bid package.
• Conduct thorough technical feasibility studies to assess the local/site conditions in order to determine the most optimal and safest way to respond to the bid.

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 7 years of contract management experience and real practice in renewable energy, power projects, or complex infrastructure development, with at least 3 years in an international context.

• Deep understanding of renewable energy project contracts including EPC, O&M, PPA, Power trading interconnection, and equipment supply agreements.

• Strong grasp of contract law principles across common law and civil law jurisdictions, with ability to identify material legal issues for escalation.

• Familiarity with project finance structures and ability to align contractual terms with financing requirements.

• Proven track record of successfully negotiating complex contracts with sophisticated counterparties.

• Basic reading, writing is required.

• Proficiency with contract management systems (e.g., ContractWorks, Concord), MS Office, and collaboration platforms.

• Develop photovoltaic plant testing plans, conduct PR, EL, infrared tests, and power generation analysis.

• Familiar with the relevant characteristics of photovoltaic products and materials.
• Knowledgeable about the product structure and manufacturing processes of photovoltaic modules (such as welding, lamination, and IV testing).
• Familiar with photovoltaic testing standards such as IEC 62446-1,-2,-3, CNCA/CTS 0004,CNCA/CTS 0016 , etc.
• Proficient in mainstream photovoltaic power plant testing equipment and testing principles.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to write detailed test reports.

• Conduct market research on hydrogen products, gather technical and economic information, and formulate and update R&D roadmaps.
• Organize feasibility analysis for new technologies and products, propose R&D project applications, lead the implementation of R&D projects and organize project reviews.
• Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with suppliers and partners to jointly develop new technologies and products.
• Manage hydrogen intellectual property rights, organize patent applications, and compile technical standards and R&D documents.
• Assist in optimizing renewable energy dispatch models for hydrogen production.

• Master’s degree of science or engineering background.

• More than 5 years of product or R＆D experience in hydrogen field, with a profound technical theoretical foundation.
• Rich experience in project management, familiar with integration between renewable energy and hydrogen.
• In-depth knowledge of the electrolyzer testing, familiar with relevant international standard.
